Warehouse Associate
Join our warehouse team to handle, inspect, sort, and prepare pallets for delivery. Physical work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload pallets from trucks using forklifts and hand trucks
- Inspect pallets for quality and grade them according to company standards
- Perform basic pallet repairs including replacing boards and reinforcing structures
- Maintain organized inventory and accurate record keeping
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Forklift certification (or willing to obtain)
- Experience in warehouse or manufacturing preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability

Delivery Driver
Deliver pallets to customers across the Las Vegas area. Safe driving, customer service, and physical capability required.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery trucks (box trucks and flatbeds) throughout Las Vegas and surrounding areas
- Load and secure pallets for transport ensuring proper weight distribution
- Deliver pallets to customer locations on schedule and with professional service
- Unload pallets at customer sites using appropriate equipment
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Requirements
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
- CDL preferred but not required
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using GPS and mobile devices
- Pass background check and drug screening
Sales Representative
Build relationships with businesses needing pallet solutions. Generate leads, close deals, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate pallet solutions
- Generate quotes and negotiate pricing within company guidelines
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Comfortable making cold calls and prospecting

Operations Manager

Initial Review
Our HR team reviews all applications within 3-5 business days. If your qualifications match our needs, we'll contact you to schedule a phone screening. This is a brief 15-20 minute conversation to learn more about your background and answer any initial questions.
In-Person Interview
Visit our facility for an in-person interview with the hiring manager and relevant team members. We'll discuss your experience, show you around the workplace, and give you a realistic preview of the job. Bring questions—we want this to be a two-way conversation.
Background Check
If we decide to move forward, we'll conduct a background check and verify your references. For driving positions, we also review your driving record. Some positions may require a drug screening as well. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.
Job Offer & Onboarding
Congratulations! We'll extend a formal offer including salary, benefits, and start date. Once you accept, we'll schedule your orientation and training. Our comprehensive onboarding program ensures you have everything you need to succeed from day one.
