What is your minimum order quantity?
We have no minimum order quantity. Whether you need 1 pallet or 1,000 pallets, we are happy to help. However, volume discounts start at 100 pallets, so ordering in bulk provides better value.
Do you offer same-day pickup?
Yes! For orders placed before 2 PM, same-day pickup is available. Simply call or submit your order online, receive your quote, approve it, and pick up pallets the same day during business hours (Monday-Friday 7 AM - 5 PM, Saturday 8 AM - 2 PM).
What are your delivery options and costs?
We offer three delivery options: Self-pickup (free), Local delivery within Las Vegas metro ($75-150, same or next day), and Regional delivery to Southern Nevada and nearby areas (custom quote, 2-3 days). Delivery costs depend on distance and order size. Free delivery may be available for large orders.
Are your pallets heat-treated for export?
Yes, we offer ISPM 15 certified heat-treated pallets for international shipping. These pallets are stamped and certified to meet international phytosanitary requirements. Please specify that you need heat-treated pallets when requesting your quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, business checks (with ID), all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), wire transfers for large orders, and offer Net 30 payment terms for approved business accounts. Payment is due at time of pickup or delivery unless you have an approved account.
