Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM within the Las Vegas metropolitan area. Service includes delivery within 4-6 hours of order confirmation for up to 26 pallets. Rush service (within 4 hours) is also available 24/7 for emergency needs at a premium rate. Contact us to check availability for your specific location.

What size vehicles do you have?

Our fleet includes: Box trucks (up to 26 pallets, liftgate equipped), Semi-trailers (500+ pallets for full truckloads), Flatbed trucks (100-200 pallets for oversized loads), and Pickup trucks (5-10 pallets for small deliveries). All vehicles are GPS tracked, regularly maintained, and operated by professional drivers.

Can you pick up pallets from my location?

Absolutely! We offer pickup services for pallets you are selling to us, returning for repair, or sending for recycling. Scheduled pickups are available daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Free pickup is available for larger quantities (100+ pallets for sales, 50+ for recycling). We handle all loading and can coordinate pickups from multiple locations.

Do you deliver after hours or on weekends?

Yes, we offer after-hours and weekend delivery for an additional fee. Weekend delivery is available Saturday 8 AM - 5 PM. After-hours delivery (before 7 AM or after 6 PM weekdays) can be arranged. 24/7 rush service is available for emergencies. Contact us at least 24 hours in advance for special scheduling when possible.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes! All deliveries include real-time GPS tracking. You will receive: SMS notifications at key milestones, email updates with tracking links and ETAs, real-time location updates, photo confirmation upon delivery, and digital proof of delivery documentation. What if I need delivery to a location without a loading dock?

No problem! Our trucks are equipped with hydraulic liftgates for ground-level unloading at locations without loading docks. This service includes safe lowering of pallets to ground level and professional assistance. Liftgate service is included for most standard deliveries or available for a small additional fee ($25-50) depending on order size.

Do you offer scheduled recurring deliveries?

Yes! Recurring delivery programs are available for businesses with regular pallet needs. We offer daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedules. Benefits include: priority scheduling, volume discounts, consistent delivery times, automated ordering, and dedicated account management. Can you deliver to multiple locations?

Absolutely! We regularly deliver to multiple locations for businesses with several facilities. Multi-drop deliveries can be scheduled for the same day or across different days. We can coordinate routes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. This is perfect for companies with warehouses, retail locations, or distribution centers throughout Las Vegas.

What payment methods do you accept for delivery?

We accept all major payment methods: cash, business checks, credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover), ACH transfers, and wire transfers. Net 30 payment terms are available for approved business accounts. Delivery charges can be included in your pallet purchase or billed separately based on your preference.

What happens if I am not there to receive the delivery?

We require someone to be present to receive and sign for deliveries. If no one is available, we can: leave pallets in a designated secure area (with prior authorization), reschedule delivery at no additional charge (with 24-hour notice), or arrange for a second delivery attempt (redelivery fee may apply). Please coordinate delivery times to ensure availability.

Can you help unload and place pallets inside my facility?

Yes! Inside delivery service is available for an additional fee ($50-100 depending on distance and complexity). This includes: professional unloading, placement in your designated area, stacking if needed, and removal of delivery debris. Our team will work with you to ensure pallets are placed exactly where you need them.

Do you provide BOL and delivery documentation?

Yes, all deliveries include complete documentation: Bill of Lading (BOL) with pallet counts and condition notes, digital signature capture, photo confirmation of delivery, delivery timestamp and GPS coordinates, and email confirmation sent immediately. All documentation is available through your customer portal for easy access and record-keeping.
