What is your minimum purchase quantity?
We have no minimum! We will buy a single pallet or thousands. However, free pickup is available for 100+ pallets within our service area. For smaller quantities (25-99 pallets), a small pickup fee may apply, or you can bring them to our facility for free drop-off.
Do you offer free pickup?
Yes! Free pickup is available for quantities of 100+ pallets within the Las Vegas metropolitan area. For 25-99 pallets, we may charge a small pickup fee depending on location. Any quantity can be dropped off at our facility during business hours at no cost.
How quickly can I get paid?
You can get paid immediately! For pickup service, we can pay cash or provide a business check on the spot. If you prefer, we also offer payment within 24-48 hours via check, ACH transfer, or wire transfer. For customers who also buy pallets from us, we offer account credits.
What condition do pallets need to be in?
We buy pallets in all usable conditions - Grade A, B, and C. Pallets must be structurally functional and able to hold weight. Grade A pallets should be in like-new condition with minimal repairs. Grade B can have minor repairs and cosmetic wear. Grade C can show significant wear but must still be functional. We do not buy pallets that are completely broken or unusable.
Do you buy broken or damaged pallets?
It depends on the damage. If pallets can be repaired and reused, we may purchase them at our Grade C pricing. Completely broken pallets with no reuse value may be accepted for recycling rather than purchase. Contact us with details and photos, and we will let you know if we can buy them.
