Can you repair heat-treated pallets?

Yes, we can repair heat-treated ISPM 15 certified pallets. We use properly treated materials and can re-stamp pallets when required. This maintains their certification for international shipping. Let us know if you need heat-treated repairs when requesting a quote.

Do you provide pickup and delivery?

Yes! We offer pickup and delivery services for pallet repairs. Drop off pallets at our facility or schedule pickup (free for larger quantities). We will notify you when repairs are complete and arrange delivery back to your location. Convenient and hassle-free.

What is the minimum quantity for repairs?

How do I know if a pallet is worth repairing?

Generally, pallets with intact stringers/blocks and at least 50% good boards are worth repairing. Pallets with extensive damage, rot, or structural compromise may be better recycled. We provide honest assessments and will recommend recycling if repairs are not cost-effective.

What payment terms do you offer?

Payment due upon completion: cash, check, or credit card. Net 30 terms available for approved business accounts. We can also trade repairs for surplus pallets. Volume customers and regular repair programs may qualify for special pricing and terms.
